Qwest Day at Liberty Park

On Tuesday June 30, Qwest Utah employees participated in a service
project to clean up Liberty Park - located in the heart of Salt Lake City.
The event was hosted by Utah State President Jerry Fenn and
Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Qwest Pioneers BBQ'd for 120 participants and recruited
12 new members in the process. New members included
Andy Mika - Vice President of Network.

A great time was had by all and the Mayor of Salt Lake City,
Ralph Becker, even attended to thank the employees for
helping clean up the park.

Jerry Fenn polled all participants and they agreed to meet
again in September to try and have another employee
 service project.

Many thanks to everyone for showing your spirit of service
to the Salt Lake City community!
