Austin from Client Resources Inc. was present at today's meeting. Client Resources Inc. is a technical
recruiting staff for employers to utilize to meet peak staffing requirements on
a cost-effective basis. Anyone looking for short term or long term employment

Old Business: It was decided that the
Pioneers will not participate in the “Christmas Stocking Program” this
year. Pioneers
can now receive a 20% discount when staying at Wyndam Hotels. Pioneers get 5%.
Bob Denny will make
tickets to be sold for the “Quilt Raffle”.
The quilt was made and donated by Lillian Leitheiser. The quilt will be displayed in the lobby of
the Qwest building and the proceeds will be used to support “The Banquet”. Ticket prices will be $1.00 for one or $5.00
for six.
Volunteers are needed for the BEEP Easter Egg Hunt project in Aberdeen Jane Denny is the chair person for the
project. Volunteers will be needed to
prepare baskets.
New
Business: Someone is needed to chair a committee to
recruit new members.
In the
future consent release forms will be needed to publish pictures, etc. for media
use.
