The Sioux J.L.W. Leonard Folk donated a ladder from a central office and 750mm power cables. With this ladder we will not have to move an existing ladder from the museum to the store room, depending upon need.  With the volume of photos and documents that have been received, an additional 25 protective boxes need to be ordered  from Gaylord supply.

Old Business:   Tickets for the quilt raffle are 6 for $5.00 or $1.00 each.  Bob will take a picture of the quilt so it can be printed in the newsletter.  For tickets contact Bob Denny.  A Membership Chairperson is needed to be in charge of recruiting new members and keeping new members informed of projects available for them to volunteer.  We need to increase participation from everyone.

New Business:  The Centennial Rewards and Recognition Program is a way for Pioneers to earn Centennial Awards.  If interested call Kristy Zuraff.   Bob Denny presented a “past officers pin” to Tom DeVries for his service as a past president.  More news on the future of Pioneers since the Century Link/Qwest merger will be forthcoming.  Be sure all hours are reported and all documentation is kept up to date.  Bob Denny explained the guidelines as outlined by the IRS.  A motion was made by Joe Mattecheck and seconded by Carol Thomas to approve a $125.00 grant for the purchase of boxes to preserve items in the Museum.  A location for the Christmas Luncheon will be tabled until the next meeting.
