Minutes:  Nothing

Treasurer’s Report:  Verla reported income for November 2009 was $1.71 and there expense was $100.00.  Total net worth for South Dakota Chapter 119 is $13,199.62.

Region Conference Call:  Sherwin Williams has extended their paint prices for the map painting projects through 2010.  If the local employees at Sherwin Williams cannot find the partnership account, they can call Brian Benson at 303-94-2472 or at brian.benson@sherwin.com.  Pioneers have partnered with HandOn Network.  When volunteering for certain projects, volunteers receive from Disney a free ticket good for one day admission to Walt Disney World or Disneyland Theme Parks.  Check out the Pioneer website for details.  Wyndham Hotels are now giving Pioneers a 20% discount on room rates.  Five percent (5%) of the net room rate is shared back with the Pioneers.  Members also have a new benefit; they can join Costco.  The 2010 Pioneer cards were mailed November 16 with a follow up mailin on December 1, 2009. 

Old Business:   Verla was informed by Sandy that Sherwin Williams will not be increasing prices on paint they supply for the map painting project. 

New Business:  We are planning a Beep Easter Egg hunt in Aberdeen probably in mid-March.  There will be about 20 kids involved.  Jane Denny and Ellen Rock will be helping to make the baskets.  Sandy will get the ages of the kids involved from her contact in Aberdeen so appropriate baskets for the ages can be made.  Bob Denny suggested getting in touch with Margaret Fortin as her son works at Lewis Drug.
